flower delivery
As the name suggests my Friday Flowers are delivered on a Friday, delivery will be made any time between 10am and 5pm.
Due to the volume of orders and delivery routes I am unable to take time requests and guarantee an exact time of delivery. You will be asked at the checkout to supply details of a safe place I can leave the flowers should the recipient not be in - please note this needs to be a shaded/undercover spot where flowers will not get damaged from the weather. If you have selected either of my standard hand-tied bouquets, these are not presented in water therefore I cannot accept responsibility for the condition of flowers if they are left unattended for a long time. If there is no safe place flowers will be delivered to a neighbour or returned to the workshop and a "Sorry we missed you" card will be left for the recipient to arrange collection.
Local delivery is available to the following locations (or within 8 miles of Elsham):Elsham, Brigg, Barton-upon-Humber, Barnetby, Wootton, Ulceby, Thornton Curtis, Burnham, Worlaby, Bonby, Saxby, Horkstow and Scawby.
Local delivery is free when spending £12+. Orders under this will incur a £3 delivery charge.
**Unfortunately nationwide delivery is not available for flowers. If you select nationwide or local delivery for a flower order to an address which is outside of our flower delivery radius, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded via the method you paid with.**

Collection is available for all products.
If you are local to Lily & Moss and would prefer to collect your order then please select "store pickup" at the checkout and we will be in touch via email to discuss a suitable collection time.
lost or non-delivered items
We cannot be held responsible for problems caused by incorrect delivery information being given to us or for any delay in the delivery of the goods whatever the cause. If we fail to deliver the goods, or any part of the goods for any other reason than any cause beyond our control or the customers fault, and we are accordingly liable to you, our liability shall be limited to the price of the goods.

Wedding flower delivery is available across North Lincolnshire and beyond, and is priced based on distance and time. I’ll always provide a clear delivery cost in your quote, whether it’s to one location or multiple drop-offs.
You’re also very welcome to collect your flowers directly from me - perfect for smaller weddings or when you're nearby.
Once your flowers leave my care, whether delivered or collected, I can’t be held responsible for any damage that occurs in transit or after arrival. I take great care to ensure everything leaves me in beautiful condition, and I always offer guidance on how to store and transport your flowers safely.
If you're collecting, please come in a cool vehicle with plenty of flat space for the arrangements to travel securely.
If you’d prefer everything to be taken care of on the day, I also offer a setup service along with delivery, ensuring your flowers are arranged exactly as planned. Whether it’s dressing tables, styling the ceremony space, or installing larger floral pieces.
For couples who want a seamless experience from start to finish, I also offer a next-day takedown service, where I return to carefully pack down arrangements and bundle up any blooms you’d like to keep or share with guests. These services can be added to your quote depending on the scale of your wedding and location.
