We want you to feel as happy as possible when purchasing from Lily & Moss so we've listed all our terms & conditions below so you as a buyer have all the facts you need before placing an order.
payment
We process all payments securely using Wix Payments, including all credit and debit card payments.
delivery
As the name suggests my Friday Flowers are delivered on a Friday, delivery will be made any time between 10am and 5pm.
Due to the volume of orders and delivery routes I am unable to take time requests and guarantee an exact time of delivery. You will be asked at the checkout to supply details of a safe place I can leave the flowers should the recipient not be in - please note this needs to be a shaded/undercover spot where flowers will not get damaged from the weather. If you have selected either of my standard hand-tied bouquets, these are not presented in water therefore I cannot accept responsibility for the condition of flowers if they are left unattended for a long time. If there is no safe place flowers will be delivered to a neighbour or returned to the workshop and a "Sorry we missed you" card will be left for the recipient to arrange collection.

Local delivery is free when spending £12+. Orders under this will incur a £3 delivery charge.
Delivery of your order shall be made by us or our carrier to the address provided at the checkout. Please ensure the address is accurate. We aim to dispatch all online shop orders within 1-2 working weekdays, excluding bank holidays. If we fail to deliver the goods, or any part of the goods for any other reason than any cause beyond our control or the customers fault, and we are accordingly liable to you, our liability shall be limited to the price of the goods. returns
We hope that your flowers reach you in perfect condition, however if you are not happy then please get in touch with us. Due to the perishable nature of our products you are advised to make any complaint within 24 hours of receipt of your flowers. We do however ask for evidence, with either the immediate return of your flowers or photographic evidence with the date displayed. Each case will be evaluated independently and dealt with at our disgretion.

Lily & Moss makes every effort to ensure we give a fair representation of each product we sell, however some variations may sometimes occur. All measurements stated are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as digital media, photographic and publishing processes allow.

cancellations
You are free to change or cancel your flower order with Lily & Moss up to 24 hours before the intended delivery date unless otherwise specified by us. A cancellation fee will incur in all other cases.
If you wish to cancel an order you have placed from the online shop please contact us by phone 07876 487392 or email lilyandmossfloral@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot be held responsible for orders that have already been dispatched. We will confirm via email if a cancellation has been accepted prior to dispatch and arrange a refund within 7 working days.
Wedding cancelation charges. From booking until 6 months prior to event = loss of deposit. 3-6 months prior to event = 50% of balance and non-refundable deposit. 1-3 months prior to event = 75% of balance and deposit. Up to 1 month prior to event = 100% of total.
Cancellation Insurance: We strongly recommend that you seek wedding cancellation insurance from a reputable provider in order to cover any loss of deposit or incurred cancellation fees.
